Whether you are preparing to sell a home in Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, LA County home, or another Southern California community, the most successful sales begin with preparation, strategy, and a customized plan designed specifically for that property.
After selling real estate since 1996 and living in Santa Clarita since 1981, I have learned that no two homes, neighborhoods, or sellers are exactly alike. A successful sale requires understanding your goals, your timeline, your local market, and most importantly, the buyers who will be attracted to your home.

Pricing is one of the most important decisions we make together.
I do not believe in choosing a price based on a computer estimate, one of those websites, or simply telling sellers what they want to hear.
I conduct a detailed Comparative Market Analysis that looks at recent sales, current competition, neighborhood trends, buyer demand, and market conditions.
A home in the valley will have a different buyer profile than a home in Valencia, a view property in Castaic will be different then the Saugus pool home with RV parking, or a family home in Saugus. Understanding those differences helps us position your home correctly from day one.
The market walks in with comps, and buyers compare your home to every other option they have seen.
Step 3: Preparing Your Home to Make a Powerful First Impression
Once we have our strategy, we prepare your home for the market.
I provide recommendations on:
