Having lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1981 and selling real estate since 1996, I have watched Stevenson Ranch develop into one of the area’s most recognizable communities. The neighborhood was approved as a master-planned community in the 1980s and is set against the foothills of the Santa Susana Mountains.

Stevenson Ranch is also known for its parks, open-space surroundings and convenient location near shopping, dining and freeway access. Its setting west of Interstate 5 provides easy access to other parts of the Santa Clarita Valley as well as routes toward the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles.
